About Us
Paul - Founder
Paul founded field and Forest over 20 years ago,providing quality hunting experiences across europe,mid Asia,Africa,Russia America and Canada.
He has spent his entire working career in the hunting industry
Among Paul’s academic qualifications he is very proud to be on of only a handful of English hunters to have sat and passed the German jagdschine hunting test and is a holder of a full German hunting licence.
Starting in the industry as a trainee gamekeeper learning his trade of game and deer management he worked on several prestigious estates across England finally working up to a head gamekeeper shoot manager directing hunting and shooting operations.
Having worked professionally in the industry and hunting extensively across the world with more than 25 African Safaris and personally taking buffalo into double figures
he decided to start Field and Forest.
Paul’s passion is Red Stag’s, mountain hunting and driven boar hunting participating annually in between 40 and 50 driven hunts and can be found accompanied buy his Alpine Dachs Brackes or Heide terrier.
